Students may be placed on the President鈥檚 List or the Vice President鈥檚 List for excellent academic performance. This achievement is recognized on Knowledge Day during the fall semester (check the Events calendar for the specific date). The Registrar鈥檚 Office compiles the lists of eligible students based on Program Chairs' reports to VPAA, which are subsequently approved by the Academic Senate. Based on approved reports, HR office issues an order on awarding placement on President鈥檚 and Vice-President鈥檚 lists. The President鈥檚 List is restricted to fourth-year students. To be awarded a place on the President鈥檚 List, a student must have earned听a minimum of 180 credits, a cumulative GPA of at least 3.8, and have no 鈥淔鈥�, 鈥淴鈥�, 鈥淣/P鈥�, 鈥淲鈥� grades on his/her transcript.
The Vice-President鈥檚 List is for second, third and fourth-year students. To be awarded a place on this list, a student must have earned a minimum of 60 credits a cumulative GPA of at least 3.67, and have no 鈥淔鈥�, 鈥淴鈥�, 鈥淣/P鈥�, 鈥淲鈥� grades on his/her transcript.
